I will be traveling in a shuttle bus to each state, the whole trip should take one Year. I will be staying in each state for one week. For that week I will render a painting. In each painting there will be the state bird, state flower, state icon or mailbox. The subjects in these painting will be from photos that are sent in by the public and used for this project. The 50 States Project is now in the works and I have much more planning to do. Hoping for a launch date of March or April of 2023. So, we are in our second week of December and the New Year is around the corner.  There have been a few things in the works and definitely a few changes happening.  As I did finally get Sparrow out of the mechanics shop and headed back to her garage.  I was feeling pretty good and excited, it was finally time to get things moving.  Well, we made it all the way back to the gate of the storage garage, stepped out to put in the code to the gate and Sparrow sputtered to a stop!  Yep, and she didn’t start again.  The shop was nice enough to tow her back and she is being looked at, again.  

With all of that going on another one of life’s little things popped up.  I will be having surgery in Mid-January; an outpatient procedure and the recovery time should not be too long.  With that being said, the launch date for the 50 States Project will be delayed.  The new start date to the project will be around the end of March beginning of April 2023.  I will continue to update you and keep you informed of Sparrows progress along with details of the project.
